Holy Trinity/Beaverdale 2010 Fees:
1 $ 90.00 Exhibitor Fee 8 x 6 space, two chairs.
2 $ 10.00 Electric Fee
3 $ 10.00 Table Fee (tables are 8’ and in limited supply-- only one table per 8x6 booth – you MUST let us know if you want to rent a table)
Please return your registration today as our spots fill up very quickly. We will then start a waiting list. If you do not plan to apply for the 2010 show, you must return the form to remain on the list.
Policies:
1 Vendors are not registered until a complete registration packet is returned, including:
- Payment of fees
- Color photo of your merchandise and your booth set-up
- A self-addressed stamped envelope with current POSTAGE (large enough to return pictures).
2 Past participation does not guarantee a space in this year’s boutique. Each category may be limited to a certain percentage based on the number of vendors.
3 The Boutique Committee will verify your application and notify you with a phone call. Boutique rules and other information will be sent via e-mail prior to the show.
4 Check in table will be open 4 pm-6 pm on Friday night and crafters will be open from 6:30pm-8:30 pm.
5 We will have box lunches available for $5 for the vendors on Friday night only. Please indicate on the application if you would like a lunch.
6 If you would like to join us for a holiday party at 8:30, there is a $5 charge at the door.
