Gala Auction

Save the date for the 2018 Heroes of Holy Trinity Gala Auction on Saturday, April 28th!

Your Super Hero acquisitions committee is asking for your help to pull off a fantastic wine pull at the gala auction! Bottles of wine -red, white, sparkling - are needed.  Ranging from a selection of expensive, medium, and cheap wines. Unique and extravagant wines are encouraged. 50+ bottles are needed.

You will be able to donate items, become a Super Hero Sponsor, get sneak peeks at many of the wonderful items up for bid, purchase your gala dinner tickets, and read up on mobile bidding!

The gala is a great fundraiser for our Holy Trinity Community. Part of what makes it wonderful is the great food, entertainment, and atmosphere that the evening provides. If you or your business would like to be recognized as one of the heroes who help sponsor the costs of the gala, please reach out to either Jenith Burry, Gala Director (auction@htschool.org or 255-3162 x 127) or to Tracy Backus, Gala Chair (tracy.backus@gmail.com). All sponsors will be recognized on the Heroes of Holy Trinity Gala website, in the event program, on mobile bidding devices, as well as on signage at the gala. 

Fun Facts about the Gala Auction:

  • $65,000 of the auction proceeds go to the general school budget allowing tuition increases to remain low.
  • A portion of the auction proceeds goes into the Endowment Fund, which is drawn upon for major Parish expenses.
  • Many building improvements have been funded in part by the auction, most recently the gym/social room flooring, church sound system upgrades, and classrooom remodeling.

Many volunteer hours are needed to set up ahead of the gala, on gala night, as well as to help tear down the day after.
